Fan Token Intel (FTI) provides descriptive data about fan tokens — prices, on-chain metrics, whale-distribution flows and historical match-to-price correlation — through this website, a REST API, an MCP server and metered x402 tools. By using any of these surfaces you accept these terms.

Everything FTI returns is an observation about the past or present, never a recommendation. FTI does not advise you to buy, sell, hold, long, short or route capital, and historical performance does not indicate future results. You alone are responsible for decisions made with this data.

The service is provided as-is. Data may be incomplete, delayed, stale or wrong — upstream exchanges, chains and sports feeds fail in ways we cannot always detect. Verify on-chain before acting. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FTI and its operators are not liable for any loss arising from use of the service.

• Respect published rate limits; do not attempt to evade them or disrupt the service.
• Keep your API key private; you are responsible for calls made with it.
• Do not misrepresent FTI data as advice or as your own primary source when redistributing.

We may suspend or revoke keys that violate these terms.

We may update these terms and the service itself. Material changes are reflected on this page with a new effective date; continued use means acceptance.
